(i) Eligibility
Elders aged 65 or above holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Certificate of Exemption
(ii) How to make use of the Elderly Health Care Voucher?
1. Present your valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Certificate of Exemption to the medical centre staff and indicate your intention to make use of the voucher.
2. After receiving the medical service(s), sign the consent form and confirm the voucher amount to be used.
3. The medical centre staff will furnish you with a record of the voucher use.
